Elite Associates Europe Limited is seeking a Logistics Assistant Manager to drive APAC regional logistics operations for a luxury Maison. The role involves coordinating international freight, warehousing, and distribution, while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency across markets.

You will partner with country teams, 3PL/4PL partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve lead times and supply chain resilience in a high-service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional logistics and distribution across APAC.
• Understanding of international freight, warehousing, and trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC logistics strategy implementation across markets.
• Lead improvements to reduce lead times and increase agility.
• Manage 3PL/4PL partners with clear SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate regional shipments including hazardous materials where applicable.
• Provide regular logistics performance reporting to stakeholders.
