Wellington Management in Hong Kong seeks a Relationship Analyst to support our Greater China and Southeast Asia sales and client-relations efforts. You will handle inquiries, conduct market research, and prepare for meetings with intermediary clients and wealth accounts.

The role involves collaboration with Business Development, Portfolio Advisors and other teams, with occasional travel. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred, and prior buy-side or client-facing experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in analytical roles within the investment industry
• Direct buy-side experience supporting intermediary/distribution client relationships preferred
• Bachelor’s degree with preference for post-graduate work or CFA/CAIA or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Fluency in English required and Chinese (Mandarin) preferred
• Proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, research, analysis, and communication

Responsabilités

• Support and strengthen our sales and existing relationships efforts with intermediary clients
• Work with Business Development Managers, Portfolio Advisors and Relationship Managers to support assigned clients
• Respond to ad hoc inquiries, undertake market research, and prepare for client meetings
• Communicate client expectations effectively with internal teams across functions
• Occasional travel may be required
