Job summary

Ares Management Corporation is seeking an Analyst to join the APAC Relationship Management team in Hong Kong. The role supports investor relations, client servicing, and investor operations for institutional clients across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

Working with senior Relationship Managers, you will assist in client engagement, CRM management, investor reporting, due diligence, market research, and internal coordination to deliver high-quality client experiences and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in asset management, private markets, investor relations or related financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment products and services and accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the APAC Relationship Management team.
• Track meetings with investors and prospects, maintain Salesforce records, and manage related tasks.
• Participate in client meetings and track investor feedback across strategies and funds.
• Interact with investment professionals and product managers to stay informed of portfolio developments and fundraising initiatives.
• Support senior Relationship Managers by responding to investor inquiries and coordinating data requests.
• Maintain and update client databases with accurate coverage and pipeline across strategies.
• Assist with investor due diligence processes and preparation of marketing/reporting materials.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify client opportunities.
• Assist with client reporting and investor communications.
