Job summary

Wilson in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate, Institutional Client Services to join its APAC ex Japan team. The role supports institutional investors across public and private market strategies, working closely with client managers, investment, reporting and portfolio management teams.

You will prepare client reviews, assist in due diligence meetings and investor presentations, manage client reporting, and help maintain strong client relationships through effective service and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in client services, investor relations or related functions.
• Good understanding of traditional and alternative asset classes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to institutional clients and prospective investors.
• Assist client managers with servicing activities, account maintenance, and inquiries.
• Coordinate requests with internal teams including investment, reporting and portfolio management.
• Prepare client review meetings, due diligence meetings and investor presentations.
• Manage client reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support issue resolution and enhance the client experience.
• Participate in process improvements and special projects in client services.
