Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) APAC Sales Team, based in Hong Kong or Shanghai, seeks a sales specialist to drive new business development and deepen relationships with institutional buy-side clients for FTSE Russell indexes. You will engage asset managers, fund administrators and custodians to deliver tailored index solutions across asset classes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales / new business development within financial services.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to synthesize data.
• Solutions-based selling experience across asset classes and regions.
• Strong understanding of investment management processes and ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: build relationships with buy-side clients, identify requirements and drive revenue targets.
• Product Expertise: demonstrate knowledge of equity, fixed income, ESG and custom indexes; collaborate cross-regionally.
• Reporting and Analysis: track activities, pipeline progress and client feedback using CRM tools.
