Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative discipline.
- Experience in index research, index development, ETF product strategy, or passive investment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of innovative index solutions across multiple asset classes.
- Develop proprietary index methodologies from concept to implementation.
- Partner with index providers and external stakeholders to drive index innovation.
- Collaborate with Product Development on ETF and passive product launches.
- Conduct index research, backtesting, performance attribution and analysis.
- Monitor ETF and passive investment trends and opportunities.
- Translate market insights into commercially viable index concepts.
- Work with investment, product, sales, and distribution teams on go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare investment presentations and research materials for stakeholders.
