Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in regional F&B or retail expansion.
• Experience delivering multi-market growth strategies across APAC.
• Strong financial and analytical capability for investment appraisals.
• Ability to balance regional strategy with hands-on execution and partner management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Market Entry: lead end-to-end partner acquisition across APAC from market mapping to onboarding.
• Partnership Management: secure high-quality JV partners and master franchisees with robust frameworks.
• Network Planning: collaborate on store network strategies for viable rollout decisions.
• Investment Analysis: conduct financial modeling, benchmarking, and market analysis for new launches.
• Stakeholder Leadership: lead senior-level commercial discussions and manage complex relationships.
• Regional Team Leadership: build and mentor a growth-enablement team for partner success.
• Performance Tracking: monitor market performance and pipeline progress for leadership review.
