State Street seeks a senior leader to run Alternatives Operations across Singapore and Hong Kong, accountable for Hedge Fund and Private Markets servicing including Fund Accounting, Alternatives Middle Office and Investor Services. Reporting to the AIS COO, the role drives end-to-end ownership and scalable, well-controlled growth.

The candidate brings executive presence, strategic judgment, deep operations experience and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a global framework,

Formación

• 15+ years in financial services with senior leadership.
• Experience across hedge funds and private markets.
• Management of multi-location operations teams.
• Strong APAC regulatory knowledge (MAS, SFC, HKMA).
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior leadership for Alts operations in Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Shape integrated operating model for end-to-end accountability.
• Drive transformation and automation across technology, process, data.
• Ensure NAV calculations, financial reporting and investor reporting are precise.
• Engage senior stakeholders across global and regional teams.
• Lead business continuity and regulatory compliance.
