Job summary

Morgan Mckinley Limited is seeking an FP&A professional to manage the APAC monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles, including Actuals, Forecasts, Plans and Revenue Walks. You will develop detailed financial models and executive packs for regional leadership.

You will collaborate with regional CFOs and global FP&A teams to align reporting structures, ensure SOX compliance, and drive automation of standard packs with COE support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in FP&A / Business Partnership.

Responsibilities

• Manage APAC monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycle (Actuals, Forecasts, Plans, and Revenue Walks).
• Analyze KPIs, headcount/FTE walks, risks and opportunities, and monthly revenue sensitivity.
• Develop detailed financial models, business cases, and executive presentation packs for regional leadership (MFR/MBR/QBR).
• Partner with regional CFOs and global FP&A teams on reporting structures, allocations, and financial alignment.
• Collaborate with COE teams to automate and standardize reporting packs.
• Conduct revenue fluctuation analyses and enforce SOX controls.
