Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to drive regional consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across APAC. You will work with local teams to ensure accurate reporting and insightful management information for senior leaders.

Based in Hong Kong, the role requires strong SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with Mandarin proficiency preferred. You will partner with commercial leaders and the C-suite to optimize profitability and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required.
• Master’s degree or professional accounting certification preferred.
• Experience in FP&A, accounting, or audit within a multinational company is required.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and consolidation is essential.
• Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional consolidation of financial results across entities in line with Group standards.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for the APAC region.
• Standardize financial reporting processes across APAC to boost efficiency.
• Deliver performance presentations for Senior Management and Maison headquarters.
• Captain inputs for entity-level cash flow planning and maintain the monthly regional dashboard.
