You will coordinate resources to meet strategic goals, engage stakeholders, and drive transformation in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include supporting regional HR Executives, creating senior-level presentations, and managing financial and headcount reporting with a focus on expense drivers.

Responsibilities

• Support regional HR Executives in strategy, controls, people and financial performance
• Create engaging presentations for senior audiences communicating strategy and priorities
• Manage financial and headcount reporting including budget reviews and forecasting
• Develop insightful reports to understand performance and risk indicators
• Participate in projects, connect regional HR teams, and escalate where needed
• Facilitate HR engagement activities for APAC and organize leadership visit logistics
• Coordinate resources to deliver strategic and tactical HR goals
