Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate/VP, Employee Relations Advisor to manage ER matters across APAC, conduct investigations, and advise leaders. You'll partner with HRBPs, Legal, Compliance and Audit to ensure consistent practices and enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities include handling grievances, implementing ER strategy, driving risk controls, and delivering trusted service to internal clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Advisory, Employee Relations, HR Regulatory Affairs, or Employment Law.
• Knowledge of Employee Relations policies, practices, and philosophy.
• Risk and control mindset; ability to conduct investigations following protocols.
• Apply technical knowledge and business acumen for appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage APAC employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide ER advice to stakeholders in line with policy, local legislation, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in or drive enabling ER projects and risk/control initiatives.
• Create a trusted experience for internal clients, enhancing employee experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive the ER strategy with stakeholders and partners.
