Job summary

• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of regional or large-scale initiatives.
• Experience with customer engagement and digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define APAC PX and PSP strategy to drive outcomes and market impact.
• Lead regional PX community and embed patient experience into launch plans.
• Partner with regional Brand Leads to align patient experience with go-to-market.
• Own strategic relationships with CONNEXT, SFE, and Global teams.
