Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree (MD/PhD/PharmD) in life sciences.
• 7+ years of experience in medical affairs.
• Strong knowledge of rare diseases.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication abilities.
• Ability to influence across functions and adapt culturally.

• Serve as the scientific expert for APAC medical affairs.
• Design and implement medical strategies and tactical plans.
• Support development of clinical and real-world evidence.
• Input into lifecycle management activities as needed.
• Oversee compassionate use programs and grants as needed.
• Ensure APAC compliance in medical affairs activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with KOLs and centers in APAC.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IM medical, commercial, and operations teams.
• Mentor and provide leadership to medical teams.
