Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in business development, sales leadership, segment management, or strategic growth in data centers or mission‑critical infrastructure.
• Strong network with data center owners, investors, consultants, engineering firms, or OEM partners.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across matrix organizations.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning complex opportunities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC data center growth strategy.
• Lead and inspire a regional team focused on business development and application consulting.
• Build relationships with hyperscalers, developers, owners, engineers, and partners.
• Identify, shape, and secure high-value opportunities across the data center ecosystem.
• Collaborate with local teams across Asia Pacific to drive project success and market expansion.
• Advocate for customer needs to influence innovation, product development, and roadmaps.
• Monitor trends and competition to create growth opportunities.
• Deliver pipeline growth and revenue objectives for the region.
