Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager to guide the engineering strategy for a multi-site APAC client portfolio. You will ensure compliance and lead technical quality assurance for data centres across the region.

The role reports to the Regional Engineering Director and involves coordinating with regional teams to meet regulatory and contractual obligations, deliver efficient operations, and support major works and asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering management experience including Data Centre management.
• Thorough understanding of Data Center building services design and Data Center engineering management.
• Experience working in Asia Pacific; North Asia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting on colocation and Data Centre metrics and operations.
• Support Energy Manager in tracking energy saving initiatives across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with sub-regional engineering teams on governance of engineering initiatives.
• Quality assurance support/pre-work documentation review for major works and change management.
• Governance reviews of planned installations, commissioning, and programming of new or replaced equipment.
