Job summary

Supy in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale lifecycle for APAC restaurant groups. You will guide onboarding, drive adoption across inventory, procurement and cost control, and act as a trusted advisor to maximize impact.

You will nurture relationships, identify expansion opportunities, monitor health metrics, and collaborate with product and support teams to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in customer success or account management for B2B SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, procurement, and cost management.
• Experience with CRM and CS tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and adoption for restaurant clients to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage relationships and identify expansion opportunities across accounts.
• Monitor health metrics and resolve issues to maintain high retention.
• Collaborate with product and internal teams to translate feedback into improvements.
