Job summary

Jimmy Choo is seeking a detail-oriented Order Administration role in Hong Kong. The candidate will coordinate order processing across internal teams and partners to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment while managing amendments in OET, SAP and EDI platforms.

The role requires 3–6 years in customer service or logistics, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for reporting and communications.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Business related discipline.

Responsibilities

Coordinate order administration to ensure fulfillment per customer requests.
Support order amendments for wholesale customers in OET and SAP/EDI systems.
Manage customer orders, bulk orders, invoicing, despatching and follow-up shipments.
Facilitate order confirmations, price lists and replenishment.
Manage order reallocation when stock moves to different customer locations.
Prepare customer order reports in SAP and update in Excel for sending to customers.
Handle returns and associated credit notes in SAP.
Create composition files for customers using SAP and PLM.
Monitor warehouse activities to ensure on-time shipment with correct packing and certificates.
Oversee aftersales claim processes including component flow and quality issues.
Prepare documentation for letters of credit to submit payments.
