Job summary

Horizon Trading Solutions in Hong Kong seeks a Customer Delivery Manager to bridge clients with Sales, Legal, Product Owners and Engineering across APAC. You will lead pre-sale scoping, define project requirements, and oversee onboarding to ensure SLA, budget and quality.

This role operates in a remote-friendly, international team with a dedicated onboarding program and focus on performance in electronic trading.

Qualifications

Graduated with a Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or software engineering, with a good understanding of Information Systems and Technology
2 years minimum of experience as Client Support, Business Analysis in electronic trading, willing to evolve to a Project Management role
Strong interest in finance and Electronic Trading solutions, with the ability to perform Business Analysis
Strong commitment to deliver Service & Satisfaction, rigor and efficiency, problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent English and Cantonese, another asian language would be highly appreciated
An expertise in one of the following domains is a plus: Electronic Trading, Pricing, Low Latency, Market Making

Responsibilities

Assist presales: define scope, deliver project definition, write specs and manage timelines/budgets
Onboard clients: identify gaps, obtain UAT sign-off, ensure SLA, budget and quality
Manage tickets and client requests, provide delivery visibility, coordinate with Sales and Product Owners
Collaborate with Product Owners and Sales to build Horizon product roadmap, report progress and gather feedback
