• Proven ability to drive end-to-end platform and market infrastructure initiatives.
• Extensive experience in business requirements, workflows, and functional specification documentation.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across Post-Trade, Operations, Technology, Risk and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic platform delivery across the project lifecycle, from scoping to post-implementation support.
• Gather and document business requirements, user journeys and control considerations across teams.
• Review and enhance post-trade workflows and operating models to support climate-related initiatives.
• Lead UAT, test planning, defect triage and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare governance materials, risk assessments and decision papers for forums.
