J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President to lead the APAC Client Service transformation, shaping the regional agenda and delivering scalable change across product, technology, operations, data, and controls.

You will drive programs from opportunity through adoption, partnering with global teams, and aligning regional requirements with global roadmaps to improve client experience and business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in asset management, transformation, product ownership, or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering strategic change in a regulated environment.
• Strong roadmap, requirements analysis, and operating-model design skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Fluency with technology and digital tools; partnership with Product, Tech, and Data teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the APAC Client Service transformation roadmap with prioritized initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end with clear scope, milestones, and risks.
• Balance long-term strategic change with near-term improvements.
• Act as Transformation Product Owner and align with global roadmaps.
• Represent APAC Client Service in global product and tech collaborations.
• Design scalable operating models and reengineer end-to-end processes.
• Advance digital, data, workflow, automation, and responsible AI opportunities.
• Build senior sponsorship, governance, and change-management processes.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Control to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support BAU activities with governance, metrics, and priorities.
