Job summary

FactSet is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for the APAC region to lead Pricing and Reference Data client engagements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, product, engineering, and implementation to ensure successful delivery of data solutions.

Ideal candidates have extensive PM experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Japanese and business English, with a deep interest in financial markets and data.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional experience in program management.
• Experience with data solutions or financial data preferred.
• Native Japanese and business English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for client-facing implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Select and adapt the most suitable project management framework for each project.
• Develop detailed project plans with subject matter experts and timelines.
• Protect project scope and manage change when requirements shift.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver defined outcomes.
