Job summary

Bloomberg Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Implementation professional to deploy the full suite of real-time and reference data products for APAC clients. You will own projects from pre-sales through deployment and handover, coordinating with solution engineers, data contents specialists and client teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in financial markets technology, strong client-facing delivery, and fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in financial markets, fintech or data-related companies
• Experience implementing or supporting financial data solutions (market data, real-time data, reference or regulatory data) in the last 3 years
• Client-facing experience servicing enterprise-level clients in financial services
• Fluent English and Mandarin/Cantonese for regional client work
• Technical understanding of enterprise data solutions and delivery methods (APIs, Cloud)
• Knowledge of financial markets data products and data delivery systems
• Familiarity with software development practices and project management tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze client technical environments and how applications will use Bloomberg technology
• Lead technical implementation with detailed plans
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive project timelines
• Own a book of implementation projects and ensure client satisfaction
• Assess risks and adjust course to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Maintain Bloomberg standards for implementations and customer satisfaction
• Produce implementation documentation and post-implementation reviews
• Lead special projects or new initiatives
• Participate in new product roll-outs
