Qualifications

• Demonstrated track-record taking intelligent-automation / AI-driven capabilities from concept through to production-ready deployments.
• Proven history building multi-year technology roadmaps and converting innovation into commercially-viable client offerings across APAC.
• Strong executive-presence; confident engaging senior stakeholders and CIO audiences; public-speaking background.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with multi-country senior-leadership teams across Asia-Pacific.
• Governance of enterprise solution architecture; balancing innovation with delivery/practical constraints.
• Commercially-oriented consulting-delivery mindset with real-world client-project grounding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline; advanced degree considered a plus.
• Based Hong Kong; extensive business travel across APAC markets required.

Responsibilities

• Shape regional technical strategy aligned with business priorities for enterprise engagements.
• Lead creation of reusable solution frameworks to accelerate delivery in APAC.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities with global standards and local needs.
• Act as external technical thought-leader through industry forums and client engagements.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape designs and evaluate platform partnerships.
• Build APAC community of senior technical talent and upskill teams on automation patterns.
• Evaluate new technology partnerships to strengthen the APAC service portfolio.
• Serve as primary senior technical escalation point for top enterprise engagements in APAC.
