Job summary

All Star Agency in Hong Kong is seeking a Vice President – Technology Audit, Asia Pacific to lead and oversee technology audit coverage across the region. You will assess controls, provide practical recommendations and work with regional and global stakeholders.

The role requires extensive IT audit experience in banking, strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, AI and SDLC, and the ability to travel occasionally within Asia Pacific. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree with a relevant professional qualification (CISA, CPA, CIA, AIGP or AAIA).
• At least 8 years IT or information-security audit experience, preferably in banking.
• Strong audit knowledge across cybersecurity, application controls, IT infrastructure, and SDLC.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements across Asia Pacific (HKMA, MAS).
• Understanding of controls for banking products and services (payments, e-banking, treasury).
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and stakeholder management; global engagement is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute technology audit assignments across planning, fieldwork, reporting and closure.
• Assess IT and information-security control environments and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support regional and global IT and cybersecurity audit initiatives with data analytics.
• Contribute to annual risk assessments by understanding APAC IT and information-security departments.
• Perform continuous monitoring of regional technology and information-security activities and inform audit coverage.
• Build relationships with technology and information-security management; travel as required.
