Collectors Universe (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Business Development Manager, PCGS APAC (Excluding China) to drive growth across Hong Kong and key Asia-Pacific markets. You will expand dealer and collector relationships, increase submissions, and raise average sale price while aligning with marketing, operations, and product teams.

• 5–10+ years in business development, sales, account management, or commercial roles.
• Strong relationship builder across international markets.
• Commercially minded with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional business development initiatives to increase submissions, revenue, and average sales price.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities with dealers, collectors, and strategic accounts.
• Build and expand relationships across the PCGS client network, including high-potential customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop sales programs, pricing strategies, and commercial plans.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to align campaigns with market needs.
• Support trade shows, coin events, and client meetings to drive awareness and submissions.
• Improve sales processes and pipeline visibility through tracking tools and software.
• Provide regular forecasts and actionable recommendations to leadership.
