Job summary

Atlas Air, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager A/CMI Account Management to support the APAC region in commercial, service and accounting activities for ACMI and CMI customers.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and effective account management. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in airline or air logistics sales, customer service or account management in APAC, with strong communication in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of airline or air logistics experience in sales, customer service and/or account management in the Asia Pacific region.
• Experience in widebody freighter operations and network planning preferred.
• Market knowledge and an established industry network.
• Demonstrated ability to follow through and work with people.
• Customer focused mindset and attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate with people, strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Strong project management, data analysis and communication skills.
• Ability to independently organize and execute multiple tasks under time constraints and tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with a broad view of business objectives.
• Strong sense of responsibility, time flexibility and full commitment to assigned work.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC Manager in day-to-day commercial, service and accounts tasks.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to respond to regional A/CMI and designated account requests.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Services, Operations, Finance, Legal and other teams for A/CMI programs.
• Assist the Accounting Department with designated accounts receivable issues.
• Support operations groups to ensure customer requirements are communicated and implemented.
• Manage teams and Salesforce updates for APAC accounts.
• Coordinate generation of data/reports to support operational and analytical needs.
• Support APAC regulatory and slot oversight as assigned.
• Maintain sales manuals, guides and policies.
• Prepare client briefings for Regional VP & Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
