Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Proven managerial experience in aviation (6–8 years)
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Proficiency with MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Asia Pacific A/CMI accounts and designated customers to deliver quality service and satisfaction
• Maintain close relationships with existing commercial partners
• Collaborate with AAWW units to meet customer requirements
• Drive customer-focused continuous improvement programs
• Coordinate data/reports to support operational and analytical needs
