JFE Consulting Limited is seeking an Analyst Programmer/System Analyst to join our client's Agile software development team in Hong Kong. You will design technical solutions, build backend services, and mentor junior developers to keep systems running smoothly.

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Solid background working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Native Cantonese speaker with good English communication skills.

Requirements

Core Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience (commercial client project experience preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Agile Experience: Solid background working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Languages: Native Cantonese speaker with good English communication skills.

Technical Skills

• Primary Focus: Strong, recent hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot.
• Additional Tech Stack: Experience with React Native and Node.js.
• System Scope: Experience handling mid-scale enhancements across web platforms, application systems, and batch jobs.
• Problem Solving: Ability to perform technical analysis, troubleshoot issues independently, and propose clear solutions.
