JFE Consulting Limited is seeking an Analyst Programmer/System Analyst to join our client's Agile software development team in Hong Kong. You will design technical solutions, build backend services, and mentor junior developers to keep systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include turning business requirements into practical designs, leading 2–5 junior developers and collaborating with offshore teams on upgrades and production issues, and proactively solving problems with strong

Qualifications

3+ years of professional software development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Solid background working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Native Cantonese speaker with good English communication skills.

Responsabilités

Technical Design & Solutions: Turn business requirements into practical technical designs, evaluating options based on technical and business needs.
Backend Development: Build and maintain customer-facing backend services.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead 2–5 junior developers and collaborate with offshore teams on system upgrades and production issues.
Proactive Problem Solving: Use tools and problem-solving skills to catch and fix bugs before they impact users.
