Job Description

• Leading a team to perform the activities following the software development/maintenance lifecycle.
• Perform regular system checking and result verification on production systems.
• Quality control and assurance, evaluating implementation options.
• Conduct Impact Analysis and System Analysis and Design Report.
• Perform problem analysis to resolve system or application issues. Perform complex diagnosis of problem, providing solutions.
• Identify and resolve the project and technical constraints/risk.

Job Requirements

Requirements (Project Manager)

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years or above in system development, implementation, support and maintenance.
• At least 7 years or above IT experiences in the provision of implementation or maintenance experience on government IT systems.
• Java11+, Spring, Spring Webflow, JPA, JSF, hibernate system development experience is preferable.
• Wildfly, Sybase 17, Crystal Report, Docker, Linux, Windows system operation experience is preferable.
• Agile Development and DevOps experience with tools such as Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, Git, Prometheus, ELK, Sonarqube, Nexus is highly preferable.
• Good team player, self‑initiative and communication skills.
• Good attitude, strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.

Requirements (System Analyst)

• Have a Bachelor Degree from a Hong Kong university in Computer Science, IT‑related disciplines, or equivalent.
• At least five (5) years of IT experience including at least three (3) years of experience in the capacity of system analysist.
• Have a valid SCRUM Master or PMI-ACP Agile Certification.
• At least two (2) years of experience in application development of IT projects in the HKSARG related to iAM Smart/Container Application/e‑Payment hosted GCIS using Java or .NET language.
• At least one (1) year of experience in system implementation and integration adopting RAD or Agile approach.
• Have skill‑set on using Oracle, MS SQL Server or Mogo DB.

Requirements (Analyst Programmer)

• Have a Bachelor Degree from a Hong Kong university in Computer Science, IT‑related disciplines, or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of IT experience in system development.
• At least one (1) year of experience in application development of IT projects in the HKSARG related to iAM Smart/Container Application/e‑Payment hosted GCIS using Java or .NET language.
• At least ONE (1) year of experience in system implementation and integration adopting RAD or Agile approach.
