Job summary

KOS International Holdings is seeking a Fullstack System Analyst in Hong Kong to join a commercial client project environment. You will work on React Native + Node.js or React.js + Java Spring Boot stacks, design technical solutions, and lead junior developers across offshore teams.

The role requires hands-on experience, strong English communication, and Cantonese fluency, with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Prior Agile development exposure is essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial client project experience preferred.
• React Native + Node.js OR React.js + Java Spring Boot experience required.
• Recent hands-on experience with the stated tech stack.
• Ability to conduct technical analysis, troubleshoot independently, and propose resolutions.
• 3+ years of working experience in Agile development.
• Experience leading junior developers and offshore teams.
• Good English communication; native Cantonese speaking.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or similar field.

Requirements
