Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Solutions professional (1–3 years experience) to join our team focused on the Korea market. This is a full‑time, client‑facing role involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English, and passionate about consulting, research, and client engagement in a fast‑paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Expert Engagement Management

• Manage end‑to‑end expert matching between clients and industry experts, with a focus on Korea‑related projects
• Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of expert insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and experts

Research & Consulting Support

• Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on Korea
• Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
• Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision‑making

Client Growth & Retention

• Support account management activities including renewals and ongoing engagement
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships
• Contribute to revenue growth through strong client servicing

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal global teams to deliver Korea‑focused projects
• Ensure seamless execution of client requests across regions
• Support smooth coordination across stakeholders and time zones
