Client Solutions professional (1–3 years experience) to join our team focused exclusively on the Japan market. This is a full‑time, client‑facing role involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Expert Engagement Management

• Manage end‑to‑end expert matching between clients and industry experts globally, with a focus on Japan‑related requests
• Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of expert insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and experts

2. Research & Consulting Support

• Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on Japan
• Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to support decision‑making

3. Client Growth & Retention

• Support account management activities including renewals and ongoing engagement
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts
