Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Japanese and English (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Client & Expert Engagement Management: manage end-to-end matching between clients and experts with a focus on Japan-related requests; ensure timely and high-quality delivery of insights; build strong client-expert relationships
• Research & Consulting Support: conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on Japan; translate requirements into structured outputs; deliver actionable insights for decision-making
• Client Growth & Retention: support renewals and ongoing engagement; identify opportunities to grow accounts; contribute to revenue growth through client servicing
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with global internal teams to deliver Japan-focused projects; ensure smooth execution of client requests across regions
