Job summary

Third Bridge Group is seeking an Associate intern for the Korean Team based in Hong Kong. You will be at the heart of our business, finding, calling, and engaging industry experts to deliver client insights under tight deadlines.

You will spend much of your day on the phone, persuading specialists to share their expertise and securing their time for client calls, while developing commercial awareness and leadership skills for future roles in sales and account management.

Qualifications

• Native Korean with business fluency in English.
• Year 3/4 students or recent graduates who can commit to a full-time internship.
• Available to work 5 days a week for 4–6 months.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our business — finding, calling, and engaging industry experts to deliver the insights our clients need, often under extremely tight deadlines. Expect to spend much of your day on the phone, persuading specialists to share their expertise and securing their time for client calls.

Day To Day, You’ll

• Expert Sourcing: Use our internal database and external directories to identify specialists who match the client’s project requirements.
• Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential experts via phone and email, often through cold calls, to engage them for specific projects.
• Project Understanding: Analyze client briefs to understand the expert profile needed for each project.
• Expert Engagement: Build relationships with experts, explain the project context, and coordinate their participation through interviews, meetings, or surveys.
• Coordination & Follow-Up: Manage all expert-related logistics, ensuring seamless communication and timely scheduling for each project.

What You’ll Need

• Native Korean and business fluency in English.
• Year 3 and Year 4 students, or recent graduates, who can commit to a full-time internship.
• Candidates should be able to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) for a minimum of 4 to 6 months.
• Intellectual strength, ambition, leadership or extracurricular experience, and demonstrated grit through internships, work experience, or other achievements.
