Job summary

BOC International Holdings Limited is seeking an Analyst/Associate in Wealth Management's Quality and Risk Management to supervise key processes, manage departmental documents, and coordinate cross-team administrative tasks in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-language communication, and stakeholder collaboration.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, be proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), and comfortable using Windows Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
• Experience in Hong Kong or overseas is advantageous.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the implementation of key departmental matters.
• Handle the receipt, dispatch, circulation, filing, and management of departmental documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate and communicate internal administrative affairs and specific tasks among different teams; and
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Proficient in using Windows Office and other office software;

• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and handle ad hoc assignments.
