Associate/AVP, Corporate Services Team (Project Management), Executive Office
Key Accountabilities
- Support full range of administrative services and facilities management;
- Manage and monitor multiple types of projects, including fitting-out, CAPEX works, asset enhancement etc., ensuring compliance with statuary requirements;
- Prepare project costing and handle documentations, including quotations, contracts, invoices, progress reports, regular reports & presentations; Supervise and manage the performance of vendors and contractors; Project cost tracking and control management;
- Be responsible for project evaluation report;
- Oversee and monitor the office maintenance and layout so as to provide a safe and good working environment for all staff; Ensure the office environment in a good condition and office tidiness;
- Be responsible for Company Safety Management work; Reinforce the Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Protection within the office;
- Follow lease and office service agreements;
- Monitor requisitions on fixed assets and office fortune, ensure purchasing policy keeping in right track;
- Be responsible for the procurement of office supplies and equipment in accordance with the approved budget plan and company procurement policy;
- Assist team head in corporate project budget planning, policy monitoring and implementation as well as ensuring its full compliance;
- Handle assigned tasks by supervisors from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree holder with at least 6 years of working experience in banking/financial institutions for corporate administration;
- Candidates with over 2 years of working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
- Experience in handling office renovation and relocation projects;
- Demonstrated abilities in developing and implementing company policy and procedure manuals is preferrable;
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
- Proactive, pleasant, motivated and well-organized;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, and PPT;
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
