Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
• Experience in Hong Kong or overseas is advantageous.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the implementation of key departmental matters.
• Handle the receipt, dispatch, circulation, filing, and management of departmental documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate and communicate internal administrative affairs and specific tasks among different teams; and
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
