Job summary

All Star Agency is seeking a driven banking professional to join the Global Banking team in Hong Kong. The role targets 3–5 years of corporate or structured finance experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

You’ll support the Head of Hong Kong Large Corporates, prepare credit applications, conduct financial analysis, and assist in expanding client relationships. Fluency in English and Cantonese and strong Excel/Access skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years' experience in corporate banking or structured finance.
• Strong credit acumen, financial modelling skills, and risk awareness.
• CFA or CPA preferred.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a systems-savvy approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Hong Kong Large Corporates, in managing and expanding existing client relationships.
• Serve as a secondary contact for assigned corporate clients and maintain engagement.
• Prepare credit applications, conduct financial and credit analysis, and monitor performance.
• Conduct financial spreading, borrower research, and industry analysis.
• Support loan documentation, facility implementation, and credit administration.
• Join client meetings and marketing presentations to prospects.
• Handle client enquiries and support business development.
• Take on ad-hoc projects and evolving responsibilities as needed.
