Job summary

Patrons Capital Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a high-caliber candidate for an auditing role linked to IPO and corporate finance activities. You will assist in financial reporting and ensure accuracy of numbers in prospectuses.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and month-end closing, performing due diligence, coordinating with external auditors and underwriters, and supporting deal origination with pitches and proposals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of auditing experience.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Willingness to travel and work off-site as requested.

• Preparing financial statements, managing full-set accounts, and handling month-end closing procedures;
• Perform deep financial due diligence, verifying all numbers and claims in the IPO prospectus to ensure accuracy, providing comfort to regulators and investors about the company's financial health;
• Manage the complex web of regulatory reporting, coordinating with external auditors, underwriters, and bodies like the SFC;
• Coordinate the works of other professional parties in IPOs and other corporate finance transactions;
• Assist in project origination including pitchbook and proposal preparation;
• Perform other job duties as assigned from times to times.

Requirements
