Job summary

Job duties:

• Leading end to end corporate finance transactions for listed and private companies
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and clients expectations are met
• Taking a proactive role in pitch preparation and business development alongside with Directors

Requirements:

• University degree and preferably an accounting or legal qualification or MBA or CFA holder
• 4- 6 years' relevant working experience, preferably having experience in M&A Advisory, Transaction Services or working with listed companies or reputable audit firms
• Familiar with Listing Rules and Takeovers Code
• Excellent reporting writing and communication skills
• Willing to travel and work under pressure
• Experience in managing, mentoring and developing team members
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
