Job summary

Guoyuan International Holdings Limited is seeking an IBD Corporate Finance Analyst/ASO/Sr. ASO to participate in IPO origination and execution, assist with due diligence, financial modeling and listing documentation, and coordinate with clients and regulators.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting or finance with professional qualifications (CPA/CFA) preferred.
• Relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Solid corporate finance experience in handling/completing IPO and M&A transactions preferred; regulator vetting experience is an advantage.
• Working knowledge in the Listing Rules required; Takeovers Codes preferred.
• Independent, proactive, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel as required.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; fluency in English and Chinese; Putonghua a must.

Responsibilities

• Involves in IPOs, M&A, financial/compliance advisory, restructuring and other fund-raising activities.
• Participates in origination and execution of IPOs and capital markets transactions including project management and due diligence.
• Prepares internal memos, due diligence records, financial analyses, feasibility studies and listing documents.
• Develops pitching materials, presentations and detailed financial models.
• Communicates and coordinates with internal teams, clients, professional parties and regulators.

Job description

IBD Corporate Finance Analyst/ASO/Sr. ASO

Involves in a wide range of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, M&A, financial/compliance advisory, restructuring and other fund-raising activities);

Participates in the origination and execution of IPOs and other capital markets transactions, including project management/coordination, due diligence and project execution;

Prepares internal memos, due diligence records, financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials, presentations and development of detailed financial models; and

Communicates and coordinates with internal teams, clients, professional parties and regulators

Requirements:

University degree in accounting or finance with professional qualifications (i.e. CPA/CFA) is preferred;

Relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis;

Solid corporate finance experience in handling/completing IPO and M&A transactions is preferred while experience in international accounting firm and/or in vetting IPO applications in the role of regulator is an advantage;

Working knowledge in the Listing Rules is required and Takeovers Codes is preferred;

Independent, proactive, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel as required;

Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; and

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
