Job summary

Asian Capital Limited is recruiting for a Corporate Finance professional to handle IPOs, M&A, restructuring, and fundraising activities. You will advise on Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code, collaborate with auditors, lawyers and valuers, and communicate with HK regulators.

The role requires strong analytical skills and fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua). Prior HK-listed company exposure is a plus; top-tier university graduates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic achievement from a top-tier university.
• Professionally qualified as an accountant, lawyer or CFA is preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions, corporate finance houses, or HK-listed companies.
• Hong Kong listed company exposure with regulatory knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and fund raising exercises.
• Advise clients on Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and related matters.
• Coordinate with auditors, lawyers and valuers.
• Interact with SEHK and SFC regulators.
• Prepare and review transactional documents and perform due diligence.

Job description

Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and fund raising exercises;

Advise clients on the Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and other matters incidental to the transactions;

Work closely with professional parties such as auditors, lawyers and valuers;

Communicate with regulatory authorities such as the SEHK and the SFC; and

Prepare and review transactional documents and perform due diligence work.

Job Requirements

Outstanding academic achievement in a top tier university, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Law discipline;

Professionally qualified as an accountant, lawyer or CFA is preferred;

1-3 years of relevant experience gainedin financial institutions, corporate finance houses, professional firms (such as international accounting firms and law firms) or Hong Kong listed companies;

Hong Kong listed companies exposure with in-depth regulatory knowledge is an advantage;

Strong analytical and problem solving skills;and

Excellent command of both English and Chinese as well as Putonghua.
