Job summary

Donvex Capital Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to provide analytical support across our corporate finance advisory engagements. You will work directly with clients, external professional advisers and regulatory bodies, turning complex financial information into practical commercial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above (Accounting major preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant audit experience.
• Excellent written & spoken English and Mandarin.
• Prior HK corporate-finance transaction experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of corporate finance transactions (Pre-IPO advisory, Resumption, M&A).
• Perform financial analysis, feasibility review, modelling and valuation.
• Respond to ad-hoc client technical enquiries.
• Coordinate with external professionals and regulatory bodies.
• Undertake Mainland / overseas travel as required.

About you

Bachelor's degree or above; Accounting major is highly preferred

Minimum 3 years of relevant audit experience

Excellent written & spoken English and Mandarin, strong attention to detail

Sharp analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Prior Hong Kong corporate‑finance transaction experience (IPO / M&A advisory/rights issue) is highly desirable
