Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Air Freight Planning & Gateway Manager to oversee air product planning and gateway hub performance. You will spearhead carrier procurement strategies to drive cost-efficiency and operational excellence.

You will design capacity plans, lead airline negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless flight reservations, cargo handling, and adherence to global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain / Logistics / Transportation management.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in air freight operations, gateway management, or supply chain logistics.
• Proven expertise in airline procurement, rate negotiation, and capacity planning.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement air freight capacity plans across regional hubs.
• Lead rate and capacity negotiations with airlines and co-loaders; manage BSA to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth flight reservations and cargo handling.
• Direct deployment of air products, including pharma, perishables, and high-value cargo segments.
• Track carrier scorecards, evaluate lane profitability, and refine procurement processes.
