Job summary

Teleport, Southeast Asia’s #1 integrated logistics provider, is looking for an Air Procurement Manager based in Hong Kong/Shenzhen. You will source third-party air capacity directly from airlines for HK and beyond, and oversee end-to-end interline processes with partners to drive commercial value.

You’ll build strong relationships, negotiate agreements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and analyze market trends to expand partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
• Rich and solid experience in air logistics, airline partnerships, and network development, familiar with the airline industry.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• This role is based across Hong Kong (primary base) and Shenzhen, with regular, planned presence required in both cities as the market calls for it.
