Job summary

ConnectedGroup is seeking an AI Designer / Creative Specialist to partner with project leads and clients. You will develop visual concepts and AI-driven assets, blending prompt engineering with traditional post-production in Photoshop/Illustrator to deliver client-ready visuals, social graphics and storyboards.

You will work independently on ad campaigns, generate assets with Midjourney and Stable Diffusion, ensure brand consistency, and maintain libraries and best practices for the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid experience in ad creative, graphic design, or visual production, with hands-on expertise in AI image and video generation tools.
• Strong foundation in art direction, typography, color theory, and composition—ensuring strict quality control over final outputs.
• Proficient in Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; familiarity with AI video tools Runway or 3D/illustration is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Concept & Visual Direction: Participate independently in ad campaign brainstorming, client pitching, and defining visual aesthetics suited for AI execution.
• AI Asset Generation: Create high-quality visual assets including posters, key visuals, social media graphics, and storyboards using Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and video generation tools.
• Prompt Engineering & Style Control: Write and calibrate complex prompts to maintain brand style consistency, optimize output resolution, and correct AI artifacts.
• Post-Production & Layout Assembly: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to touch up, compose, and format AI-generated assets into final client-ready deliverables.
• Workflow Optimization & Archiving: Maintain prompt libraries, curate style reference archives, and document efficient AI design best practices for the team.
