ConnectedGroup Limited seeks an AI Designer / Creative Specialist to craft AI-driven visuals and traditional design outputs. You will work closely with project leads to develop concepts, and you will generate assets for campaigns using Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and video tools.

The role requires hands-on AI prompt engineering, post-production with Photoshop/Illustrator, and strong typography/color sensibility, with Cantonese/Mandarin fluency and good English basics.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of solid experience in ad creative, graphic design, or visual production.
• Strong foundation in art direction, typography, color theory and composition.
• Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin; basic working knowledge of English.

• Concept & Visual Direction: participate in ad campaign brainstorming, client pitches, and defining visual aesthetics for AI execution.
• AI Asset Generation: create posters, visuals, social graphics, and storyboards using AI tools.
• Prompt Engineering & Style Control: write and calibrate prompts to maintain brand style and fix AI artifacts.
• Post-Production & Layout: touch up and format AI assets in Photoshop/Illustrator for client delivery.
• Workflow Optimization & Archiving: maintain prompt libraries and document best practices.

We are helping creative agencies and media platforms to look for AI Designers / Creative Specialists. Working closely with project leads and clients, you will develop visual concepts and AI-driven assets. Combining hands-on AI prompt engineering with traditional design post-production (Photoshop/Illustrator), you will deliver client-ready key visuals, social media collateral, and dynamic video storyboards.

Key Responsibilities

Concept & Visual Direction: Participate independently in ad campaign brainstorming, client pitching, and defining visual aesthetics suited for AI execution.

AI Asset Generation: Create high-quality visual assets-including posters, key visuals, social media graphics, and storyboards-using Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and video generation tools.

Prompt Engineering & Style Control: Write and calibrate complex prompts to maintain brand style consistency, optimize output resolution, and correct AI artifacts.

Post-Production & Layout Assembly: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to touch up, compose, and format AI-generated assets into final client-ready deliverables.

Workflow Optimization & Archiving: Maintain prompt libraries, curate style reference archives, and document efficient AI design best practices for the team.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2+ years of solid experience in ad creative, graphic design, or visual production, with hands-on expertise in AI image and video generation tools.

Design Fundamentals: Strong foundation in art direction, typography, color theory, and composition-ensuring strict quality control over final outputs.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; familiarity with AI video tools (Runway, Pika) or 3D/illustration is a strong plus.

Languages: Fluent communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin; basic working knowledge of English.

Attributes: Agile creative mindset, high attention to detail, strong copyright awareness regarding AI assets, and the ability to handle multi-project timelines under pressure.
