Job summary

Adbrownies Advertising Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer to join its Creative team. You will translate imaginative concepts into visually striking campaigns for advertising, digital, and physical spaces, delivering polished artwork on schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of agency experience, is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), can develop video concepts and storyboards, and is eager to explore AI-assisted workflows

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of agency or creative industry experience (higher experience considered for Senior AD)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong hands‑on Photoshop/Illustrator finishing skills — able to take a concept (AI‑assisted or otherwise) and execute it to a polished, professional standard
• Proven track record in advertising/digital campaigns; experience developing video/TVC concepts and storyboards is important; experience in interactive exhibition design is preferred
• Genuine curiosity and eagerness to explore AI tools, AI agents, and new AI workflows — used to accelerate ideation, not replace craft
• Versatile — comfortable working across different creative formats (visual, video, interactive) rather than one narrow specialism

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual design for advertising/digital campaigns and physical spaces
• Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Nano Banana, GPT Image) at the concept stage to quickly generate and explore Key Visual directions — all final output must be executed by hand
• Execute and refine all final artwork using Photoshop/Illustrator — retouching, compositing, and finishing to a professional, client-ready standard
• Develop concepts and storyboards for video content and TVCs, working with production and post-production teams to bring them to life
• Create visual and experiential designs for digital/interactive exhibitions
• Explore and experiment with different AI tools and AI agents, staying curious about emerging workflows
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (production, account) and pitch ideas to clients
• Deliver top-notch creative work within project timelines
